HoofBeats And PawPrints Rescue

We are HoofBeats and PawPrints Rescue, an independent non-profit animal rescue organization based in Natchez, Mississippi, dedicated to serving Southwest Mississippi and Eastern/Central Louisiana.

We operate a transport program which has saved the lives of over 18,000 pets by relocating healthy, adoptable dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens to no-kill shelters in areas with greater demand for adoptions.

We also provide services to help place unwanted pets and litters locally, reunite lost animals with their families, and partner with law enforcement for large animal rescues involving abuse and neglect cases.

We care for hundreds of animals at a time while maintaining very low overhead—our directors and administrative staff are unpaid volunteers, so donations go directly to animal care, spay/neuter surgeries, vaccines, and transport.

We invite you to join us by adopting, donating supplies, or contributing financially so we can continue saving lives in one of the most challenging regions for animal welfare.
